Fairfax Education Unions (FEU) is a partnership between two unions: the Fairfax Education Association (FEA) and the Fairfax County Federation of Teachers (FCFT). FEU is the elected exclusive representative of FCPS operational and instructional employees. More importantly, FEU is you and your coworkers: the operational and instructional employees who keep FCPS running. We organize together as FEU to negotiate our contracts and enforce our rights.
